it looks a lot like my '65 Peugeot, but I doubt it is one. Having been around at the time, I can attest a lot of college kids were driving cars from the '30s and '40s.

When the Grateful Dead started in 1965?Did people wear bell bottoms and polyester disco suits in the 70s? OMG!
