When tours are announced, the mail begins to flow… No one knows this better than GDTS Too. The GDTS Too crew has been hard at work making sure that everyone is taken care of when it comes to tickets, a 25-year tradition going strong.
There is one thing in particular that make GDTS Too’s mail stand out at the post office, the envelopes are stunningly decorated with handmade artwork.
Everyone from The Dead and GDTS Too would like to take a minute to thank all of the artists out there that brighten our days and make a complicated job a lot more fun. With the amount of mail that a tour generates, picking up the new stack of mail every day is a lot more exciting when it is filled with beautiful little pieces of artwork, every day brings new surprises. We also understand that each decorated envelope is a special message, from the heart of a devoted fan. This tradition grew organically out of our fans dedication and has turned into a really fun Fabulous Envelope Contest. What does the winner of the contest receive, why tickets to a show of course…
Just wanted to let everyone know that we all really enjoy the effort. Keep them coming!
Now for the winner…
Congratulations to the winner of The Dead Tour 2009 Fabulous Envelope Contest Mr. Doug Field!
