The NYPD of all places would have other more pressing things to worry about then a couple of people drinking a beer before a concert. I guess you could say that for just about any city.

Police Officers used to have a certain "live and let live" attitude towards Deadheads at shows back in the day. Now they've apparently lost their sense of humor ... especially about a couple of peaceful sould enjoying a beer. Sad.
Still ... it's a great pic! Why does it not surprise me that Tech Girl was the photographer! The usual suspects LMAO!
