Transcendence is a function of the psychological id, and manifests itself in the ego with art, music, dance, stories and tales; and is the key to, and the start of, the super ego, manifesting itself in concerts, dances, readings, puppet shows, plays, movies, TV, and is best manifested when one is able to participate, with interaction, such as dancing or singing, or playing a musical instrument (especially with others, especially jam sessions), reading a poem, painting and having an art show.
