I made this steal your face cake by piping out buttercream frosting over a wax paper covered image of stealie, freezing the whole thing and then flipping it onto the cake. I was amazed at the finished product! I could go crazy doing cakes like this, I originally wanted to do some bears for the sides but I was already up waaay to late!
