The exhibit was called "The Real Pirates" at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. Being Dead Heads we naturally thought it was going to be memorabilia from the old days of taping. Remember when we had to have the mike stand down your back, mike cables wrapped around your waist under your shirt, mikes down each boot and the D5 duct taped to your old lady's thigh as she wore a skirt? WOW, were we surprised it was actually about pirates...the kind with parrots and ships, pieces of eight and all that. Was wondering why there were soooooo many kiddies around. Who knew? LMAO...Gina knows I love the Pirates of the Carribean movies and this was part of my birthday present....Thank You Honey!
