November 11- November 17
Every Friday we'll be sending you off with a Jam Of The Week, hand-picked and delivered by tape archivist David Lemieux. Listen to it on the weekend. Listen to it at work. Listen to it all day long...but make sure you tune in or you'll miss out because these little nuggets will stream for ONE WEEK ONLY!
This week's Jam is from:
December 08, 1973
You nailed it with this one!
I've had it running almost exclusively all week.
Just wanted to say Thank You before the next nugget starts streaming!
Thanks David, this is the stuff that takes me away. Time and space melt. The power and subtlety of the early seventies jams is why I got on.
Wow now thats a jam!!
This is what my memories where from long ago.
My first show...Winterland 10-18-74
Sure put up a nice one this week!
Diggin' The Other One feedback and such-That's the real goo.
Thanks for providing,DL

anyone get todays anwser
December 1973 was different because Donna's son Zion was about to be born. After the marathon Dark Star > Eyes from 12/6 that I witnessed in Cleveland, this Duke show is definitely slower. Grate stuff nonetheless
Another one of my top 100 GD jams! Of course, they all are. Thank-you guys so much! Is this a Great(ful Dead) life or what?
Man, that's some good stuff!
I got to the end and had to start all over again!
