who doesn't like a bargain?...

In the Soldier Field parking lot, I once bought 1/2 a lid with the currency of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The Brooklyn Bridge deal was substantially better.

Brooklyn Bridge

I thought Pig bought, rather than sold, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the subsequent bad lovin' that came with it, for a dollar and a quarter, sold by the purveyor of commercial merchandise who owned a Cadillac! Was this a trick question?

Calvin Simmons...

sigh. That is a beautiful little theater, now fallen into disuse, which is almost worse than the loss of the hall as a whole.

Trivia and the website

I try not to be one who complains, BUT, with all the money deadheads have been pouring into Dead.net lately with Daves Picks and other releases and merch, you would think we could produce the best website on the planet. Considering Deadhead central and Silicon Valley are neighbors, you would think that things like merch, trivia , updates and such would be flawless. You can go to most any bands website and feel a "smoothness" about it. Not here. I come here daily, and always hope its going to be better someday. Cant wait to see what they do at Jerrys up and coming site. I will say, this site blows Furthurs out of the water. Websites can be cutting edge and amazing with new and unusual forms (Grateful Dead), why not here, why not start the process now? Thanks to anyone who reads this, whether you agree or not, whether this is whining or not..............just something I've thought about for awhile and decided to scribe my brain. Peace

correct answer now available.

Like many others, I was puzzled to not find "Brown-Eyed Women" as one of the choices but this now seems to have been changed and a 2nd try at the correct answer was a YES! Thanks for a fun little daily contest - need some harder questions/answers though for us veteran Deadheads.

Breakdown at the GD Trivia Factory

No way. The answer is Brown Eyed Women which wasn't included, not Comes A Time which has no reference to any year.
