Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have music from 1973, 1984, and 1985.

Our first stop this week is on 10/29/73, the first night of a two night run in St. Louis on the second leg of the Fall Tour of 1973, where we have this terrific second set jam of Truckin' > Jam; Drums > The Other One > Wharf Rat > Sugar Magnolia, Casey Jones.

Next up is the entire second set from 10/28/84 at the Berkeley Community Theatre, the second night of a six night run, where we have Terrapin Station > Playing In The Band > China Doll > Drums > Space > The Wheel > Throwing Stones > Not Fade Away.

Lastly this week is the entire first set from 11/4/85, the first night of a two night run in Worcester, MA, on the Fall Tour of 1985, featuring Alabama Getaway > The Promised Land ; It Must Have Been The Roses ; El Paso ; West L.A. Fadeaway ; New Minglewood Blues ; Big Railroad Blues ; The Music Never Stopped > Might As Well.

Thanks for stopping by, and we’ll look forward to seeing you here next week with more music from the vault.

Thanks for playing 11/4/85. It was my second show and, along with the next night, were the primary force to my becoming a Deadhead and going to another 147 shows over the next 8 years.
