And why do I have to e-mail him/her if something goes wrong with my store order? That is what it says to do on the pay page if you click on the button for problems. Hey, could I make this up?

C'mon Mary, Dr. Rhino doesn't live in India does he/she?

It is better now. The "Check your Order Status" button is back on the home page. It leads to form to fill in your email and your recent orders are sent to you. The Button is not on the "store" page (shop.dead.net or www.deadnetstore.com) as indicated in the FAQ page. I used to be able to click on an account button and log in to see the order status directly. Now it is forwarded via email or I cave to call. The phone rep indicated that this was temporary during the e-commerce vendor change.
In the meantime, I did receive an email indicating that my order has shipped. So, in the scheme of things, all is good. Just a little in the dark.

"Upgrades" to Store.dead.net?

I ordered some items from the store earlier this week and when I went to check the status, all the account functions were gone on the website. I called and the rep said that they were in the process of upgrading the store (new vendor). I'm not bitch'n, but some sort of mention on the sight would be nice...

just type the vine name in the search box, Jack

It'll take you right to it, if you type the vine name correctly it'll come up in the first few hits; usually one of the New Vines forums will come up as well since the vine name appears there also.
