Ok Rob I finally managed to track hatter down by phone, and I am trying to find The Captain so that he can make some sort of statement as well.

First off let me just say that I camped with Captain and Hatter at Wakarusa and the story that Rob is telling is so full of lies that its rather frightening.

First off the reason that no one has heard their side of the story is because as you may have figured these are not the kind of people that want their "business" broadcast on the internet and because they do not have access to the internet on a daily basis.

The following is statement that was dictated to me by Hatter over the phone:

'At Wakarusa on Thursday night during the Gov't Mule show near the Lemonade stand by main stage, Rob approached me screaming at me,"where is my $20 bitch?". I answered,"I have no idea what your talking about." I walked away from Rob towards the hoola hoopers. He followed me still screaming. People were staring and a guy walked up and told him to "take it somewhere else". Rob walked away so I walked in toward the stage a little more. The next thing I know rob runs up and starts yelling and say,"if I wasn't such a fuckin crack whore I would know that I owe him for the wings that bethany lost in the fight at the gorge. Apparently the wings she was "selling" for rob were lost during the fight. I told him to, "go fuck yourself". For the Record, I Hatter do not smoke crack. and the next thing I know Rob smacks me with an open hand in the face. I fell on the ground and balled up in a fetal position Rob was trying to run away when three security guards who saw the whole thing grabbed him. They also grabbed me too. I was very high at the time and the whole thing freaked me out completely. I went with the security guards and they told me I was going to have to leave the festival with the actual police and go to the police station to press charges. I was really high and there was no way that was going to happen. So I asked if I could go back to my camp to get a jacket, when I arrived at the camp I was still crying and everyone could see I had been hit in the face.

I told everyone what had happened and what the security wanted me to do and captain went up to the security head quarters to find out what had happened and tell them that I did not want to leave.

When he got back he told me that security was insisting that I come back and press charges, but that if I wasn't back in ten minutes they were going to have to let him go. I hesitated but then captain said he would go with me to the police station if I would go.

By the time we got back up to the security station Rob had been released back into the festival.

The next day I was gone from the camp watching music for several hours and when I returned I was told that something had happened to Rob and that "everything had been taken care of" I tried to forget about it and enjoy my weekend.

On saturday night a girl who goes by the name of 'Wicked' and a male accomplice I beleive was her boy friend jumped me stated they were doing so because of what happened to Rob. She stole $200 cash and a $300 wire wrap necklace.

Then on Sunday afternoon They jumped me again and got another $400 cash and another wrap I had bought to replace the one they stole.

Further since it is part of the story the fight with bethany was becuase. Last year I was riding across country with her and some of her junky A camp friend and they pulled me out of the car on the side of the road beat me until they thought I was dead Robbed me and left me for dead. I was found by a passerby and woke up in the hospital after a week in a coma. So when I finally caught up to bethany I didn't care that she had "changed" and re-invented herself. I still kicked her ass.

As for Gumby he was at a court date in Long Island NY that weekend and had nothing to do with it. Captain had helped me get to waka and Gumby had asked him to watch over me for the weekend.

Rob is lying about being Robbed as far as I know because captain has plenty of money and doesn't need to rob anyone. He is just not that type of person. Other than that I know nothing else. I wasn't around when Rob got beat up. I wish this had never happened but Rob got what he had coming to him.

When people approach me about this one the lot I tell my side of the story which most people say is what they though happened.'''

I personally was in camp when she came back She was crying her eyes out and I saw her face, she had been struck.

I am trying to contact The Captain and if he will agree I will post his side as well. The captain is a very private man for good reasons so I make no promises.

The fact is I know the Captain and he's not they guy your describing.

after i was attacked, the next day, the people involved, were also involved in two susbsquent attacks on other fans,--wakarusa security, apparently, may have had them in custody, at some point, concerning those attacks, but again,apparently, let them go,--I was in the hopsital at the time, so I don;t know the exact details of those two oter incidents.I do know that the one known accomplice, was involved in an assualt and robbery at the gorge dead show, however.this is NOT just about ME., and never has been.--these people MUST be caught, and more importantly, IDENTIFIED, before they manage to hurt someone ELSE.

speaking for myself, I have over $10,000.oo in medical bills, and have had to undergo multiple surgeries related to this.

the reward for the perpetrators legal identity and/or the successful recovery of any of the stolen property stands.

reward to be paid half upon arrest, and half upon the matter reaching trial.

what if they had done it to you?

as long as people that may know their legal identities or whereabouts allow them to remain fugitives, the more likely that they will manage to hurt someone else-or worse,successfully kill someone.

law enforcement has sufficient information regarding the crime(s) to make an arrest.

but they lack the perpetrators legal identity.

anyone with that information, PLEASE do the 'family' thing, and help prevent these people from doing furthur harm to other people by providing that information.

I'm hanging out in Wallingford, waiting for Furthur to arrive. Since I've a few weeks to kill thought I'd head out to Bristol in search of Hatter

Word is that Hatter gave birth to twins sired by The Captain. She's named the kids Chiklit and Pop Tart. I think she'll be showing off the twins to family at Thanksgiving.
