Ok, let me get this straight.

Legendary Rob is on the trail of The Captain and his female accomplice, The Hatter, who is now hanging out with Gum B in Northern Cali. Hatter has the money clip, wallet and ID. Everett "The Captain" broke your jaw with a pair of nunchuks when he stole your stuff.

I sympathize with you brother and hope your jaw heals well and these banditos are brought to justice. I think we need to throw Gum B in the old calaboose as well.

1: atr 4pm, friday, june 5th, at the wakarusa festival in arkansas, I was assaulted in the campground area by a shirtless individual with short dark hair, male caucasian, various tattoos on both arms-but most notably, one of a 'pentagram' on his back.He used the martial arts weapon, 'nunchaku', and broke my jaw in threee places.He mentioned he was acting on behalf of a (since identified) female in her early twenties who has been known to use the nickname 'hatter'.

t THE PERPETRATOR HAS BEEN KNOWN TO USE THE NICKNAME 'THE CAPTAIN', AND POSTED DETAILS OF THE CRIME(S) ON PHILZONE UNDER THAT NICKNAME.

the female accomplice to this attack-this 'hatter' person, was known to have assaulted, (and stolen some personal jewelry from) a girl named 'bethany' who was in attendance at the gorge dead show.
I am casually acquainted with bethany, as she and her then BF 'worked' for me,vending some jewelry. at the gorge-the assault 'hatter' participated in, however, was well after the two kids were done for the day in regards to business for me.-They were both very honest, however.

the person who attacked me, posted details of the crime(s) on philzone. under the nickname 'the captain'.

quite a bit of the two posts are libel, but, it is the person who attacked me.
That is not in dispute.-it is *POSSIBLE* that this individual's real name may be 'everett wyatt'.it is POSSIBLE that he may have been off-duty security at the festival-prior to attacking me, he made it clear that we were not acquainted with each other.

in the subsquent robbery,the following items were stolen:
my wallet, my identification, a sterling silver handcrafted 'steal your face' money clip., allen woody;s autograph-and a sentimental silver dollar, as well as some cash:

two plainclothes security guards interrupted the attack, and refused too pursue the assailant.Thus far, there supervisor, an individual named 'Michael J. Neville', of springdale, AR, has refused to identify these two guards.

THE ACCOMPLICE TO THE CRIME IS KNOWN TO USE THE NICKNAME 'HATTER', AND POSSIBLY TRAVELS WITH AN UNIDENTIFIED MALE USING THE NICKNAME 'GUMBY' OR 'GUM B' I have seen 'gum b's photograph, and he is NOT the assailant,while he very likely,has, some material knowledge of the crime(s), he is NOT considered a suspect or accomplice.

I realise not too many people here are fans of the cops, but this is a situation, that requires their involvement.-and which, I might add, would not have happened, had someone, who I don't even know,-and who,its been verified, (assualted and robbed a female, at the gorge dead show.) not lied to the cops about me in the first place.

THE ACCOMPLICE TO THE ATTACK WAS[b][/b] SEEN ON RATDOG TOUR.that means that the perpetrator likely has been,as well.

I recently received a series of text messages from someone claiming to be the accomplice to the attack at wakarusa

they wouldn't identify themselves, ie last name, etc.

HOWEVER: the claimed the guy who attacked me at wakarusa is named 'everett wyatt', and has been known to use the nickname 'the captain'--presumably he tends to frequent performances by the shwag (STL area/MO/TN/AR) and nearby festivals.

he is CAUCASIAN: 6'2, to 6'4",closely cropped dark hair. has various tattoos, but most notably, one of a pentagram on his back.

the person in this photo is wanted for questioning by Detective Robert Limbocker of the Franklin County(AR) Sherriffs Department.His direct supervisor is Sherriff Reed Haynes.

I do not know what charges, if any, other than accomplice would be brought against this person.However, she is the one person who knows with any certainty the identity or whereabouts of my assailant and is the most likely person with knowledge of the whereabouts of my property.

she has been seen on ratdog tour, and is believed to be heading to Phish.

Det Limbocker is also trying to determine the identities of the two guards who witnessed the attack, and intentionally let the assailant go.if you have any idea who these two guards are, please call either # above.-there is the possibility, however slight, that the two guards may have been involved in the robbery portion, at the very least.

this attack, and subsquent robbery took place at thw wakarusa festival, franklin county arkansas.
