Something I learned about 666 when or while I am on my never ending quest to know what happens after I croke.

The Biblical reference to the number 666 does not refer directly to the apocalypse or Satanic aspiration as we are told. Instead, it's a numeric code for a feared Roman Emperor, who used to cut the heads off and torture Christians and Jews. There is a very good book written by a nun (sorry forgot her name and am away from home) who spent many years in the Vatican who "lost her religion." She wrote a very detailed book about how god has changed from generation to generation according to mans situation in the world. Anyway, revelation 13:18 states the number 666 to the beast that rises from the sea bla bla bla. This beast was the Roman Emperor at the time whose name Nero Caesar translated using Hebrew characters and assigning numerical values to characters. This is called the rules of gematria and the sum turns out to be 666. Pretty crazy and when I found that out I was astonished.

I am just walking distance from the Grand Place in Brussels. There is a beautiful Museum in front of my hotel and I spent the morning reading a good book called "A short history of nearly everything" written by Bill Bryson. Very good book, anyway, now there is a Hamas rally going on those same steps (maybe 80 steps) and this morning it was beautiful. Birds were walking up to me and the morning was still and the architecture in this part of Brussels was captivating me. Now there are police and fighting and religious chants and my point being is that religion poisons everything.

I think the point is being missed here. Some person correlated the Nazi Olympic extravaganza with the current Olympic side show. The TRUTH is that there is no comparison. As i said before, usually when someone has the intelligence of a jack ass and when they realize they have no other way to win a debate or if they realize that they really do not know what they are talking about, they usually call someone a Nazi. This was the basis of my whole discussion about etc.

Actually, when it comes to WWII i was really disappointed when i started learning about the genocides and the horror that was going on in the East. But growing up in the US we were only taught about the extermination of the Jews. We were actually never even taught (maybe briefly) about the gypsies, politicals, homosexuals, and others. I am talking about high school and really do not recall others being mentioned in my text books. I was amazed when reading about the rape of Nanjing (went to the museum in Nanjing China and there is a glass tunnel that goes underground and the whole surface of the glass is covered with bones. (You can google images of this im sure) And finding out that over 10 million + Chinese were exterminated and another 10 million died due to the war. 20 million all together. As one death to me is against my belief that human life is precious so i can not say any number is better or worth more than the aother etc, but with that being said i wondered why i was taught about the extermination of the Jews which was about 2 million (again numbers, even 1 death is horrifying) not too much about the horror tht occurred in China (20 million where killed during the same time and even before). This is not even counting the sex slaves in Korea and the exterminations and genocides throughout Asia. All with the blessings of the Buddha i might add. The Japanese were actually considered more barbaric than the Nazis. During the Nanjing massacre the top Nazi generals wrote back to Hitler that the situation was completely off the wall and that the Japanese were mad. This is while they were planning the extermination camps and the final solution. Lithuania: I read about the Nazis in Eastern Europe. They detailed the killings and how to kill children.....etc. Horrible horrible shit man and i am sorry to bring it up. Humans are so cruel to each other. I can understand another animal wanting to kill or bit another animal as they (most of the time) are functioning on instinct, but....actually no “buts” we are also animals but we have the curse of being able to remember and to think through all the details. As for the Jews flight from Ramses II, i have read the story but as it is a religious story so there are probably catches to it and revisions etc. I can really get into this in another conversation. No free passes here my friend. What you said about freedom in the US, yes this is very true and this is why i am very grateful for the USA and i still clinge to this reality. We need to keep it that way. Any race color or crede can get on with thief lives and leave the shit behind. Shit meaning differences in Religion, Color, etc. I know its not perfect but we are comparing this to 50 + years ago.

Squabbling about atrocities. Well if you are saying that since the Tibetans had their land taken (which you mention is an atrocity) and they should get it back, then you should agree with the Palestinians having their land back. You should agree with Mexico’s clam to California!!! See not so easy to comprehend when you are on the other side. Whose right and who is wrong and whose atrocity is whose? Before you point fingers look at yourself in the mirror.
