Those crazy canuck fans got nothin on Hab's fans. Even when the Montreal Canadians win they still find reasons to rape and pillage. Yep, we love our hockey...and our Tim Horton's.
though the "Cup" may be lined with silver, it's more precious than "Gold". I'm sorry for your loss Vancouver, but hey, you beat us there in the Olympics last year, you'll get over it. Peace !
I would've never made it out of there alive !!! (p.100,June 1, current events) "Stanley's" silver cup will now have a home in Boston with the "Bruins". I used to be in the Bobby Orr fan club. Thank you Boston Bruins, 3 game seven's you won, sounds like Blackjack to me, congratulations on a dream come true.
Don't mean to stir the pot or anything but the scene in downtown last night was disturbing to say the least. I never understood why you would want to destroy your own city.

Remembering that you only live once, or at least for all I know, I just spent some $$ on some great seats, for my son and I, for the Furthur show at Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center in Canandaigua NY on July 26.
We would love to meet up with fellow CanHeads while down there for some Jamming before show or at Letchworth State Park before or after show. Mind you the state Park is nowhere near the show (about 1hr20min away), but it looks way too amazing to miss, so we are going to explore it for a few days around the show. I may even have my wife and daughter with us for the camping portions this year, if it all works out.
Anyway my son and I had so much fun last year with the crew that showed up during the show, around the show, and around the campground before and after the show that I send this e-mail out in hopes some of you may be heading or end up heading down there for the show. I would love to get in some more jams......last years adventure was such a high point for me....the jamming was the best, especially the amazing jams outside the show before the concert and the massive jam at the campgroud under the shelter during the downpour...unforgetable/priceless....."Ra-a-a-ainnnn I don't mind..........Shi-i-i-ine the weathers fine.........". So perfect.........
Either way, may more amazing times come your way this summer.......
Playing in the Tower with Eyes on Fire in El Paso with a Cat
Oh yah remember July 8, 2010.... Big River, Crazy Fingers, Dark Star, They Love Each Other, Dear Prudence....and so many more....it was a great show....been re-listening to it lately.....
Maybe we will be treated to a Terrapin this year :) ....who knows.......
Hey Playin'... glad you liked the Gary Wright cover. =)
Dub Trinity will be playing our CD release gig on Saturday, May 28, at the Red Dog Tavern in Peterborough. Come out and dance to some reggae... all are welcome. http://www.dubtrinity.com/
Also, who will be joining me for the Caution Jam annual boat cruise? It's Saturday, June 4th in Penetanguishine. A nice way to spend the evening on the water. Hope you all can make it!
My heart is on Fire
I float like a wheel that is turning
My love is alive
My love is alive
.....giving me the goose bumps........awesome!
I'd love to go but I'll be hosting our own festival in the park on the 23rd with our reggae band, Dub Trinity and many others (in Peterborough).
I did see that jam scene veteran Karl Denson will be playing with his Tiny Universe at Hillside this year. Pure funk, so don't miss their show if you're going. They're also playing at Ottawa Bluesfest. I heard them on JamCruise and would love to hear them again anytime.
Gathering of the vibes...excellent........sadly, don't think it's in the cards for me this year.
Further and the Rythem Devils too...nice!
