Good advice!

I believe I heard Jerry play the opening chord for a sec...Ay, ay,ay! Eyes of the World!

"From day to day, just lettin' it ride,
You get so far away from how it feels inside,
You can't let go, 'cause you're afraid to fall,
But the day may come when you can't feel at all."

not Railroad

not RR blues...

please try again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dude,
if I told you which show, what fun would that be? ( -:

all I will say, as the last hint, is that it was a very well known show.

the dilema with Name THAT Show was people could cheat by checking their tapes or deadbase... so with this game show, one needs more inspiration.

I am not a musician, so I do not know if this song is in E or not, so, I would like to remind everyone of the brilliant Thai expression: "think too much head hurts"

put yourself into the show, imagine you are at a show, bobby is strumming, Jerry is strumming, they are, perhaps chatting off mic, deciding which tune to play... Phil is staring off into space...

can you feel it?

believe it if you need it! (and, no, it ain't Box of Rain)

peace.

hmmm, a clue?

there is a strict policy over giving clues, and even I, your humble host, am not above the policy.

but, OK, (since no one is looking now) not a very helpful clue...
this song comes from the same show as Round 3. ( -:

deadicated, you are most dedicated to this show, and we appreciate your diligence, hence the meager clue.

not Not fade away

not Not fade...

there is a tell tale note or two in Round 4, which of course, seems extremely obvious to me since I know which song it is. ( -;

Round Three was probably the hardest round, since there was no real 'note' from One More Sat. night... just the warm up strumming which was unconnected (in a musical sense) to the song.

anyways,

please try again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

This bloomin' tune appears to be in the key of E (major, too!) The Dead do a slew of tunes in said key - I'll make stab four, but, please, any kind of clue would be fun(ner) - NFA?
