By suggestion: if you're headed to the show on October 13, here's the place to talk amongst yourselves!

Ride sharing, pre- and post-show get-togethers, wise words from the locals, etc.

Need connections......some logistics would be cool too

Have yet to book a flight from L.A.......I guess to Pittsburgh. I could use any connections and logistics I can get.

Gone are the days we stopped to decide........where we should go......we just ride.

I would do a search for

I would do a search for cheap flights.. State College's code is SCE. I did a search for LAX to SCE and it had round trip tickets going for around $450+. It did have you flying through Sunday night with a couple layovers. Flights to Pittsburgh were just under $300+.

SCE is about 5 miles from the venue. The drive from Pittsburgh is about 3hrs to State College. It's not a bad drive. I did it for four years, but I guess it depends on when you would get into Pgh if you'd have the time to be able to drive in. And gas prices here are usually lower than the national average. Right now they're at $3.57. I guess you'll have to decide which would be better for you.

Good Luck, let me know if you have any other questions.

Hittin Lot Early

We will be there early on that Monday. Or stay the night in the forest north of State College. We live about 3 hours away in New York on the Seneca Rez up here. If anyone around here needs a ride we are here for you.

I'll be up there Sunday

I'll be up there Sunday afternoon! My wife graduated PSU, so she wants to walk around the campus before the mayhem sets in!!

Good luck to all going - let's behave and be smart!! Look at the BIG picture!!!
