JPJ Arena does sell alcohol inside the venue...parking lots outside the venue open at 3pm

So, was any consensus reached about the lot situation in DC? Where are people going to be setting up, if that's cool here?
I live in the DC area and scoped out a potential parking lot. There is a public lot at 9th and I, about 3 blocks from the Verizon center that is the most likely location for a lot scene. Let me know if anyone has other ideas or knowledge.

there are tens and tens of bars/restaurants within walking distance of the arena. Should be an intersting mix of Heads and professional types in the middle of DC's Chinatown.
