ok, so there is a train!, thats good, I´ll have to check this out before I leave, but thanx for all the tips!!
we are gonna meet a guy in S.F thats goona show us around and stuff, so hopefully he can give us a ride,if its not to far away, but we´ll see.
About a mile; Fox is around 17th and Mama's around 41st. Cool, Wednesday it is.
If anyone wants to come up on BART and doesn't object to being transported in a vehicle full of mud and dog hair, I'd be glad to pick you up at the station, within reason. Or the 57 bus is a straight shot up to Broadway and Mama's is right there.
Ok then we are meeting for brunch at 11 on Wed? How far is the Fox from Mama's? I have an itsy bitsy ecno car for this trip....
We're gonna pitch a ball
Down to the union hall
We're gonna romp and stomp till midnight
We're gonna fuss and fight till daylight
We're gonna pitch a wang dang doodle all night long
but the station is nowhere near the venue. The Caltrain site (www.caltrain.com) says to go to the San Antonio station and catch the VTA 40 to Charleston and Shoreline. The VTA is either a bus or a light rail; haven't been around there lately.
what about public transportations? bus or train?
But yeah it's pretty easy with no traffic! Going from SF to Shoreline!
Will you come with me? Once in awhile you can get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right!
is it hard to get to mountain view from San Francisco?
the more I think maybe we should move this to Wednesday, when you're already in town for the Allmans show. It's about two hours from Monterey to Oakland with good traffic conditions, and that's kinda ridiculous if you're going to have to pick up and drive another hour back to Shoreline for the Thursday show.
but a pretty one, mostly. Will you have a car or will you be taking the train?
Yup the ABB are playin' on Tues and Weds night (got my tix too - smile!). This will be vacation time for me...... so I'm pretty flexible. I'm stayin' down in Morgan Hill so I'm not sure what that will be like gettin' to and from Oakland?
Lady finger, dipped in moonlight
Writing "What for?" across the morning sky
Sunlight splatters dawn with answers
Darkness shrugs and bids the day goodbye
Peaceful Journey To You All
