group - i am sad. i received a call tonight from a friend of mine that was crying. she visited carol tonight. her situation is worse than when she entered. i appreciate everyone's support - she needs it beyond belief! this week is always meant for fun - we have the fourth and my birthday on friday. this week, i have a feeling, will be a very trying one for me. just keep sending your prayers, please! my best friend here in texas is on life-support. take care everybody - chris

Dear Grateful Dead Community,
My 16-year-old daughter Olivia Arrington was last seen in Central Park in New York City on the afternoon of June 27th, 2007. She had a fight with her father, reportedly met three older male Grateful Dead fans, one of whom told her shortly after meeting her that he was in love with her. She decided to go on the road with them, and we, her family, haven't heard from her nor seen her since.
The older Hippie males she was with said they were going to drive north four hours, stopping at concerts along the way, staying at KOA Campgrounds, and then return to Central Park on July 9th for the RatDog Concert.
Olivia is a pretty brunette, about five foot two, with brown hair and greenish eyes.
I am, of course, very worried about my daughter. Can anyone give me any information about her, that she is still alive and safe? Please help me find my daughter. Even if you can just tell me that she has been seen and is safe, I would be most grateful for the information. I can be reached at:

As a father I would feel equally distressed if my daughter did such a thing, but I would hope that if my daughter did such a thing that the people she was with were truly Deadheads. I am a Deadhead and a hippie and I am well educated speaking English, Chinese, and Spanish, and I am a CEO of the International Company I own. You say that these individuals that your daughter was seen with last were Deadheads or Hippies or both? Please describe them and honestly if they are Deadheads who she is with then she is doing fine. Please describe what your daughter was wearing and what the gentlemen where wearing as well. What type of vehicle were they in and what was their appearance. Only with this information could anyone tell what type of people your daughter is with.
