..not an endorsement, just an acknowledgement.
agree w/izzie on this one-during nationals '95 (Kit Carson NF, NM) some of the FS were really kind-they helped to keep the peace during conflicts w/some of the locals, & let us know they were impressed after the clean up crew was done-other than the 3 "official" days of the Gathering over the 4th, they weren't really a visable prescence
Just came in to give a big hug to all the groovy kind folks, brothers and sisters!
hi I'm a person who loves the country and right now has to live in the city. i love to kick back listen to music and enjoy life. I lived in eugene Or. and nurtured out there. i love to write poetry and walk in the park or maybe just enjoy the sun going dowm. I'm looking for an earthmother who will share my space.
Sorry to say the Rainbows are not a welcome bunch in these parts. I never gathered with them, so I don't know the whole story. Our media and the law that be, has given them a very bad rap. Crime and littering, are the main issues. Leave no foot prints and peace to all.
First gathering was 1980 Washington, then Idah, california, and Pensylvania
Hi, I was wondering.......Any plans for a gathering over here on this side of the pond ?????
JEFF
From what I've heard the Annual European Rainbow Gathering 2008 is to be held in Serbia July-August. Should be pretty sweet I would think!
Are you kind?
This was my first gathering. Were any other of you dead.net people there? I'd love to hear from some of you again.
