SUNY Stony Brook, Saturday, October 16th 1971 is missing from the 1971 listings. I have the ticket stub. It was a great concert. Authenticate it, if you must, just don't leave it out.
"Takes all you got just to stay on the beat . . ."
The page for the 2/25/90 show lists the next show as 3/21/90, when it should be 2/26/90.
Thanks for all of the good work -
I have one small correction in the set list for 10-10-1981 to make. In the first set, “Big River” was not played. Instead, they played “Feel Like A Stranger”.
A scan of my ticket is on this page:
And my excellent photos of the show are off of this page:
Keep up the good work; great website,
Ken Windish, dead.net member “kwindish”.
PS: Should you go to my website and see a photo you’d like to see on dead.net, let me know and I’ll upload it as a fanphoto! email@example.com Peace.
You note the only "So What" yet it's not listed in the set list.
From your download series Vol 5 it looks to be pre-Sugar Mag
Hey this one is not on your list. I was there (mostly) and I have the ticket to prove it. Portland Civic Senter, Postland, Maine. Joan Armatrading opened for the Dead. Space Waffle
The "next show" link at http://www.dead.net/show/november-1-1979 should go to november 2, not 4.
Frost Ampith., Oct 9 '82 is listed twice. See my comment there. Feel free to delete one and consolidate attendee list. :-)
The setlist is missing from this site, I found it on:
Casey Jones, Me and My Uncle, Honky Tonk Women, Friend of the Devil, Cold Rain and Snow, King Bee, China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider, Hard To Handle*, Big Railroad Blues*+, Not Fade Away* > Goin' Down the Road Feelin' Bad* > Not Fade Away*, Frozen Logger, Mama Tried, Truckin'+ > The Other One+, Uncle John's Band+
According to Deadlists and my copy of the show, the boys opened with Morning Dew. The Dead.net list starts off with Schoolgirl, which actually came second.
"Let there be songs to fill the air."
I would say Bruce where he kinda just played a few times when Vince was there. I don't really consider him a band member. Kinda like Clarence Clemons I've seen him a few times with the dead and he's not a member. Doesn't seem like being the keyboardist for the dead is a cursed position.
