OK so perhaps I'm dense but I could not find a way to complete my order. At the end of the ordering page (after My Cart) the only button at the bottom was CANCEL which worked just as advertised. How do I complete an order?

Hmmm that's not in our manual. You could change your password to something gibberish with your eyes closed - I did that one to stop myself from accessing a site and it worked like a charm.
If you'd like, we'll look into it and if it takes a moderator's keystrokes, we'll let you know before we do the deed. If it's something you can do yourself, we'll send you Private Message.
How do we close/delete our account?
we're getting some really strange things thrown into the moderation queue by the system, not because there seems to be anything wrong with them but because, for whatever reason, there are anywhere from two to a dozen of the same thing. If the problem persists, please report back.
I think that when the server is busy, it takes a little while for the system to accept a post with a lot of links or photos or other non-regular text input. I've just published two such posts, and deleted the several duplicates that were in the que to publish.
I've been trying to put a post up on the "offline" books review forum but coming up empty. Is this accidentally locked down?
"if you get confused..."
MzNSB - is it working now? I've checked all the MP3 links, and they all worked for me. You're using Quicktime, right? Do you have the latest installs for it? In my experience, Quicktime is really picky about having the latest and greatest installation, or it bails. Let us know if you need any escalation...
thanks

One must be logged in to post. Or so they tell us. So the problem is probably something else.
I suspect you're having trouble logging into the Store.
Short version, right now it's in another server universe and you need to create a separate account to shop. Use your same email address, and down the line the two accounts will reunite.
More details here; see item #2:

and if the problem is completely different, speak up!

as above, email
customerservice@deadnetstore.com
and they should be able to straighten it out. Your humble forum mods have no such access.
