Grateful Dead
Me and Sheba caught the tour opener in Arcata last night. Thanks for one of the most enjoyable concert experiences I've ever had. I'd shave my head to do that again! We camped out at Redwood Creek overlook way up in Redwood National Park last night and on the ride home this morning on the coastal route through Praire Creek Redwoods State Park ran into a black bear standing in the road and smiling at us for about 10 seconds before it went dancing away . God bless you all.
My love still sleeping

Gathering of the Vibes, too!
the band also features Davy Knowles on guitar, Sikiru Adepoju on talking drum, and Andy Hess on bass.
that sounds like a lot of fun.
The Rhythm Devils are coming to the Britt Festival in Jacksonville, Oregon on July 18th! Billy, Mickey, Kellar Williams on guitar. Thanks guys!
Summer's here and the time is right
For dancin' in the streets
nice packaging, great music ...just not enough of it. Still worth the money though. I'd like to see a full concert DVD(or CD) of this band someday!
I agree, I was there also. Mickey's current version of the band is probably his best line up to date! They truly are ready to take the stage as a headliner rather than an opening act. looking forward to a return visit by them in 09!
Yeah PK, I bought it. You will like it,8 new songs, really awesome animation too. Plus the second DVD is a behind the scenes view of them in the studio etc. Easily worth the money.

Locations
Down in Arcata they opened with Cold Rain and Snow, opened the 2nd set with a wicked Scarlet Begonias > Fire On the Mountain, closed the show with I Bid You Goodnight, and the encore was a mind-blowing Almost Cut My Hair. Haven't been able to find a complete set list yet. The place only held about 500 folks. Kellar and Davy were stellar on guitars. Thanks again for a great show!
