Propane co says I can do this, real estate co says I can't. This doesn't sound legal to me, but I'm not a lawyer. Any body else have or had a similar situation? any advice?

I just got a new boat, I would like to use that exact font for the lettering in the name of the boat “Ship of fools” to be installed on the back transom.
Also part of the plan is to omit the “O” in the “OF” part in the name “Ship Of Fools” and replace it with a SYF Sticker. The lettering colors will also be Blue and Red exactly like the sticker!
