I don't know if this is the right place for this question but figured someone here would know the answer...
I am wondering what the best source for complete Grateful Dead set lists is? A friend used to have the entire Deadbase memorized. It was amazing, you could test him!!
I see there is Taper's Compendium as well (volumes 1-3???), and my friend said this is more complete?
What say youz?
Deadtaper, are you still looking to unload some tapes? I'm am very interested in hearing some new Dead jams. Let me know.
The vineyard might be your cup of meat. There's lot's of good stuff in there and you just need to add your name to the list!
P.S. Nevermind, I see you've discovered this!
Looking to get back into trading but I have none of my old tapes and virtually nothing on CD that isn't an authorized release. Willing to do blanks plus postage to anyone willing to set me up with anything they have. I am even willing to do extra blanks plus postage for your effort if that is ok.
I am spoiled by the official releases so SBD and high quality is really what I am looking for. Once I have some shows I will share them with anyone who asks. I am partial to 1974, 77, 89, 90 - 94 but I would love anything anyone would be willing to burn for me.
I have a stack of 100 CD-R's sitting here ready to send out just PLEASE let me know!
Hi there, I am also looking to start building a collection of old tapes. My teenage son has recently taken an interest in my old tapes and vinyl (I am of course trying to encourage this interest) I only have 15 tapes in my current collection. I am not picky (beggers cant be choosers) I am looking for any year, any brand of tape (maxell, tdk), aud, sb, fob, any gen, etc. If any kind soul has any extras or duplicate tapes laying around that they would be willing to part with, please let me know. I am willing to pay for shipping & handling. I thought I'd ask here first rather than on eBay or CList. PM if you like
I just sent you a PM
Hey guys I'm new to the world of Dead tape trading and, needless to say, my mind is reeling. If there are any kind souls out there with old tapes they'd be willing to part with I'm sure we could work something out. PM me! Thanks!
Let me know if you haven't received a satisfactory response...I can help./K
a bit of confusion for the ages...
