If the Tapers' Section or Grateful Dead Hour streams (or any other streams that may appear from time to time) aren't working for you, please post here. In some cases, your fellow Heads will come to your assistance. In others, the Rhino techs may have a fix for the problem. In others, we may have a can't-get-there-from-here issue, but really, we'll do our best. Thanks!

I am having problems downloading the songs from the tapers section ever since the streaming format was changed. I used to have no problem downloading and saving to my computer. Am I doing something wrong or are we just not able to download the selections anymore? Any help will be appreciated.
Never mind my previous post. I finally was able to find all the posts on this topic and found out about the switch that was made a few months ago. Maybe they ought to change the name from THe Tapers SEction to Dead STreams. Anyway, it was fun while it lasted. Thanks
The Quicktime feed seems broken for me. Everything else seems to be working fine....
I'm having the same problem with that clip, and have reported it. Fingers crossed for a speedy resolution!
I can't get the Mississippi Half Step>etc. link to play using Windows Media in the Nov. 19-25 07 Taper's Section. The other clips this week work just fine thank you. I"ve noticed in the comments section that a couple of other folks have had the same or similar problems, but I don't seem to be able to find their posts.
On Thursday I'll be giving thanks for all y'all working so hard on this site. I'm Grateful every day!
Haven't been able to successfully stream this in quicktime format. Still a drop/stop/failure or whatever at around 15minutes...
the holiday may be slowing things down. Thanks for the updates and if it's not better by Monday please speak up.
