take no notice
what is all this stuff above me no like!!!!1
Hello, I've just checked out this site, I remember my first dead show at the Kaiser auditorium in Oakland around the start of April in 1989, and the opening number was ' Touch of Grey', it was a truly beautiful track, the whole enviroment, atmosphere, was so nice. I had never been to anything like this at all. Well, not quite true, I saw the Jerry Garcia band about a week before that somewhere in San Fran, which gave me a little taster, if my memory is right, the opening track was 'Tangled up in blue'. The whole show, ambience, it was like being teleported into another universe.... of nice people. I'm writing all this because I think I was really lucky to have shared those experiences, my mind was expanded, and I am so glad to have been part of that experience. I saw the Dead on other occassions and each time was special in its own way. As my name suggests, I live in Canning Town, east London. Marin county it 'aint. San Francisco, Santa Cruz are beautiful places. Thanks for the cherished memories
