Interpretations: the British Rock Songbook

You know all the songs (or at least, those of us of a certain age do). Give this one a listen.

Red Rocks 6/25-27 2010. Holy moly these boys are on fire! (Still the) Best and tightest live show on the planet. Jimmy Herring is a guitar monster and John Bell possesses that special magic and presence, he reminds me of Jerry in that way.

"Lazy lightning you say you never strike the same place. I want a double dose in any case" ... "You got to hear my supplication. Got to hear me now. A little bolt of inspiration"

the tape player just shut off...

partway through a filler Mason's Children from 12/28/69, one of the HOTTEST jams in the band's history. That filler is on a cassette of 4/4/87 II, a set I highly recommend.

how about for next road trips, if not Oxford Maine, 12/26/69 & 12/28/69? In the words of Mr. Rourke from that old TV show, smiles, everyone, smiles!

next up is 10/14/80 Drums -> eos.
