On archive.org and I'm striking out. Maybe someone can help. I'm trying to findthe ultimate Shakedown street. The best version they ever played, but I'm striking out. Either the sound quality just sucks or they mess up the intro (the important part, imo) or the harmonies are a little weak... it's a tuff song, I know... my friends and I have tried to play it; not easy to lay it all down.
Anyway... who knows where I can find it. Does it even exist? I'd love to throw this jam into my wedding in August, shake things up, y'know? The studio version is too weak as well... i Need that amazing A-Bomb intro, the hot-layered vocal harmonies and fidelity is the most crucial. And of course a killer, danceable JAM!!
Would love some feedback/advice/direction around some corner where it's been waiting to meet... me :-) THANKS, KIDS!!!! See y'all Friday in Philly!
Rock out with yer c... um... can I say that here? - OUT -
