Thanks!

Thanks to the helpers!

Vegas is a bit far for me as there is just a ton of land between Seattle and Vegas, but thanks for the tip!

I missed the festival you mentioned for last weekend as the family and I had other plans.I'll try to make that Okanogan Faire but who knows what the future will hold!

Thanks again, I truly appreciate the help!

Sken...

There's lots of stuff going on in the NW!

This weekend is...

...and the really big event happens in the Fall at...

http://okanoganfamilyfaire.com/

Both events have lots of music, ranging from bluegrass to reggae, and then some. And all night drum circles to conjure up some positive mystical energy that will last with you for daze, sometimes months!

LOL (((Wendy))) I've only

LOL (((Wendy)))

I've only been to GOTV - met Wendy there, too - and I'd love to go again. Maybe 2008?
They're in a new location this year.

Many in the West swear by High Sierra, and I've always wanted to go there (HSMF)

Telluride

The Telluride Bluegrass Fest has been a favorite for years. Unfortunately, with a growing family, haven't been able to catch it the last 5 years. The Folks Fest in Lyons, CO is an annual event we do as well, though.

So much great music- in the Dead vein- comes through Denver that I'm pretty satisfied year-round with the good tunes.

Vegoose Festival

Sken,
Hopefully they'll do the Vegoose Festival this year. My wife and I went last year and had a blast! It's in Vegas so that should be no problem for you getting to and from.
