Jeremy, I think it's pretty safe to say that lots of folks share your concern and are working on it, and we're really sorry about all the misadventure.
We're working on setting up a process where we've got someone working directly with the Store folks to get this resolved. Meanwhile, if something's not going right for you on the Store side, you've emailed email@example.com to no avail, and you'd like to get this resolved, send the particulars to izzie or me; we'll pass it along and stay on the case.

Yep. Customer Service at the Store level is flakey. MaryE and I are working closely with the admin staff, who share all of our frustations with the ramp-up for the Store. I have every confidence that it's going to get better in the very near future. Please, bear with those cats over there just a little bit longer - it seems they weren't quite ready for the huge response they received with the new release!
and to our European friends - technical staff is on board to help speed things for you folks. If you have specific instances of loading-freakiness, please let us know.

Pretty sure we've got quite a busload of old-school tourheads in these forums already. Equally sure that your two mods are quite on board with treating everyone fairly and respectfully, and doin' it in style. (We're Heads too, you know!) Feel free to call us on it if you find otherwise.
Are you kind? ...also, I hope folks refrain from negative attacks on band members who have given their entire lives to the community we call Deadheads. If u don't know them, or u weren't there, please be civil if u must gossip. Peace!
Sounds very good! I especially like that it's mentioned that folks ought to be respectful of one another. If this place is going to attract the right kind of people then that is extremely important. I hope the mods are on the ball with that one. A lot of old school tourheads don't bother much with the internet and when they do they don't want to read a bunch of negative wannabes putting good folks down. Also, I hope to see everyone treating each others fairly. Responding when people take the time to write something. Not forming cliques based on how many trades they have made or whatever...! Being open to everyone as everyone has something to offer if u take the time to check it out. Let's try to be open minded and us our heads when we speak. Life is more than what the latest tv show is programing u to be. Have fun folks, but let's go further so this can be a sustainable community. Understood it's not your responsibility. But please let them know that it is dodgy to have a system that takes peoples' cash (or does it?) and then sends no confirmation. As noted, I have no idea whether my order was accpeted or processed - that is a NONO for online purchases. Even the Dead have to play the game on this one ya know - and did so on the two previous store incarnations. This one has clearly not been tested properly befoire going live.
On the other side - you mods are doing a great job. Love ya to bits!
