follow the directions on Dead50.net.
How do I join the fan club?
it's not us, it's your browser settings. The View menu (or equivalent) should have various options to make it more readable. (Hey, I'm old, and have the font blown up pretty big!)
If you are using a laptop or desktop pc, you can control the size of the page by holding down the ctrl key on your keyboard and while doing that press the + sign key to make the screen larger or the - sign key to make the text on the screen view smaller. Not sure if this is what you're looking for. I'm no spring chicken either, but I had to press ctrl minus once for the site to layout to my satisfaction. Your mileage may vary.
I hope that this gets posted as a new post and not a reply to what's already been written. I just saw this new version of dead.net and I'm sure a lot of effort went into it but I just have to say that the text is way too small. It's like type 3 font. I have to strain to read this. And if I'm straining to read this then there's a lot of deadheads 50 and older who are unfortunately struggling with this too. Again, the new version of this site is probably great but the people responsible for designing it have got to change this right away. I'll check out the rest of the site but for gods sake this smaller than humanly possible to see FONT is a glaring error. I can hardly read what I'm typing in my comments.

I liked on the music page (especially Road Trips) if it said SOLD OUT underneath. It made it easy to know when things were still in stock that I might want... rather than going into the selection only to find within there that it was sold out.
Are there any plans to bring this back?
Also, how about a more frequent update on how many Spring 1990 TOO or other limited boxes/cds are left? So we know how much time we have left...
it's said 1000 box sets for a while. It has to be near 500 or less now I would think?
I'll pass this to the Dr. and see what he can do.

standard automated reply.Understandably I am not very pleased at an
online blip , but am absolutely irate at the lack of response or
explanation from yourselves.I want to know why you've taken payment then
ignored my unfulfilled order.I want you to either expedite my download
of said digital May1977 FLAC , or you could reimburse me , which ever
you do you need to apologise if you wish to retain my business.By the
way your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Please find order
details in the pasted email below. It is now 12/47 GMT, If you do not
respond in person with an explanantion and solution to this issue by

And now you've emailed me back saying it's resolved and I've sent you another email saying that it isn't , this is really appalling and I will NOT BE buying anything else from you again as it seems that i have lost my money.Turns out the Grateful Dead Merchandising operation is just the same as any other rip the customer capitalist operation , bring in the dosh and screw the custmoer , so much for those unreconstructed liberal- left principles .....hypocrites
you can't start new ones. This is mainly a chaos management mechanism. If you're having trouble figuring out what thread to post in, send me a PM and we'll sort it out. Thanks!
Why can I not post in the looking for section? Thanks Peace & Light
