are one of David's many ensembles--we'll see if we can get him to talk about 'em a bit. And yes, Dee's art rocks!
I get a real feel of motion from the poster.
Back in the 70's with all the Burrito Brothers, NRPS, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson, Waylon and the Dead tunes we listened to and hanging out in the bars my friends and I were all "Honky-Tonk Hippies". As I suspect were some of you.
Do I contradict myself?
Very well then I contradict myself,
(I am large, I contain multitudes.)

Hey thanks!!!! I had great fun working on this and I love David's music too.

I got new art from Dee every two weeks for a newsletter! It was awesome. I've still got the art for the Valentine issue above my desk. In part, of course, because it features a dog very like my Rex presenting his human mom with flowers and candy in a heart-shaped box!
Hi Mary! I miss working on that newsletter. I had such creative freedom. Those are the BEST jobs.
Give my regards to Roger.
This isn't the show the poster is promoting, but is the Honky Tonk Hippies just the same:

When I get home to SD, i'll check my old computer and see if I have the 6/15 show and why it's not on the Archive.
You can also find out more 'bout the great Honky Tonk Hippies by going to dgans.com
the David Gans website.
