About Me

I'm a librarian in San Rafael, California. I live in Petaluma, a bit to the north. I became a Deadhead in 1976, and have been delighted ever since. I have a website called The Annotated Grateful Dead Lyrics, and am the author (co-author and editor) of three books about the Dead; most recently, The Complete Annotated Grateful Dead Lyrics. I'm a Unitarian Universalist, and play piano for my congregation in Petaluma. I frequently work in songs by my favorite band.
