About Me: I have met too many Heads to remember, but for those from the StL area, we used to have our own little bar called Twenty North. Anyone else remember such a place or was it all a dream? I was lucky enough to have worked for the second hardest working band, Jakes Leg for several years. As a twenty-something, I was drawn to this special little bar with a fuzzy glow emitting from behind the tinted windows. A place where the sound of the music could be heard on the sidewalks and parking lots around beautiful St. Louis University. The melodic rhythms of jazz, rock and fusion came together in this little dive that became more of a home to myself and many others who sought out the special vibes that we shared those nights, like a moth seeks a flame. I too, was drawn in by the music, but stayed because of the magic. My wife and I met in this bar and I know, that with out the music of the Grateful Dead, I would never have met her. Thank you boys, and as always, I have enjoyed the ride.
