I remeber Louie and the Dylan covers. I was still recovering from a few days before and still had to work after each show so I was wayyyyyy gone. It is almost 20 years later and I swear I get a little riminder taste in my mouth once in a great while. I still regret my choice to do what I did, but I had fun didn't I?

After going on the spring east coast tour, I decided to continue to the Detroit and Chicago shows. While on the east coast tour, they announced that an additional Friday night show (this show) was being added at Rosemont, and that arrangements were made so that tickets were available thru the GD hotline at 9AM the next morning for people that were following the tour. I called and got a floor seat (waiting for me at will call).
While they were warming up to open the show, it sounded like they were going to do Scarlet, but I was thinking no way because I had only seen Scarlet as a second set opener. I then screamed "Don't tease us Jerry" and they then broke into Scarlet right away.
I remember this show had a KILLER Terrapin. Just when it seemed they were going to segue to the next tune, they kept playing....
Such a long, long time to be gone, and a short time to be there.
I remember the rumble of planes too! 1 of my 1st shows, when I told friends they opened w/ a scarlet/fire they told me there was no way - I must have spaced the 1st set!! Used to have a tape of this show, lost it and really miss it- any suggestions?
