    Today is the 26th anniversary of my first show. This one!!

    Didn't Make It
    One of the few shows I failed to get a ticket. The popularity of the band had grown so much that it became harder to snag that elusive spare ticket. Saw Bill Graham on a motorcycle checking the situation outside before showtime. I asked him if he had a ticket for me....he just shook his head. Left the vicinity when the second set started with Hey Pocky Way and all the Dead Heads going crazy.
