    Can't remember which of
Can't remember which of these shows I saw, thinking Cold Rain Snow must have been here, maybe U.S. Blues here too. Perhaps someday I'll figure it out. Recall seeing a banner saying something like one thousand and eighty three days since Dark Star was played. One of these days I'll have to dig out the pictures I took.

    First Soundboard recording
On my October trip to NYC for the MSG concerts I had purchased a Sony WM-D6. I had some TDK MAR-90 cassettes and Dan Healy was kind enough to let me plug into the soundboard...It was great to actually listen to the show while driving home, but one of the kick drums was way too loud!!! Thank you, and Stay In Touch!

I was able to see hundreds of shows but this was my only set on New Years Shows. It is hard for east coasters when holidays with the family is so important. I flew from Charlotte to Chicago the day after Christmas and it was like 8 below zero. O'hare was the busiest airport in the world at this time and I had never experianced this type of cold, being from the south. I went to the exit of the airport between flights and couldn't believe how cold it was. It was very windy and the chill was something. Cold Rain was always one of my favorite openers and a great way to get this run started. Dougles
