sorry Bruce
I never was a fan, not before he joined the band, nor during, or after. Therefor when I say Valley Road sucked, I have no guilt. That was the beginning of the end for me.
under the radar show...
The Bay Area's first post-Brent shows... Maybe it was location (dead center, FOB), but I know it was not the drugs (we were pretty sane on this night)... This was very fun, well played show, with Bruce tapping his Chuck Taylors, Jerry smiling all night. The second set literally swirled around the room with quadrophonic sound, particularly during the Other One. We walked out with big smiles after this one.
Thank you Bruce
Photoleon, walk on, walk on...alone. I am sure there is a haters blog somewhere that will be happy to have you. It's okay, we all miss Brent too!
Watching Bobby truck across the stage in a hurry to ask "what key is it in?" was a fun, memorable moment when Bruce broke into Valley Road...it seemed to throw the whole band for loop.
Thanks to Bruce for bringing his great talent to the band. Who else is gonna bust-out an accordion and jam with the Dead?
