A Sweet Venue - and a Free Show!
This was a lovely intimate auditorium, and it had stars in the ceiling, I'm not kidding. At the end of the show, someone on stage ( I don't remember who, I think it was Bobby) announced something to the effect that "thanks for supporting Pacific Alliance, and since our show tomorrow night in Bakersfield isn't selling so well, each of you can come on down to Bakersfield to our show FOR FREE! Just get a ticket on your way out the door". Sure enough, they gave us little raffle tix on our way out. We hadn't planned on Bakersfield, but jeez, why not? We went to Bakersfield the next night!
