my first show. it was a life changing experience. i can still remember brent's hair blowing in the wind during i will take you home. Awesome. i only went to dead shows after that and am still only going to everything dead. a volkswagon van with heads got a picture of me early next morning in a three legged chair. where's that picture?

Wow! What an expereince for a west coast head! I had never seen a show on the east coast before until this day, and I was amazed at the intensity of the crowd. Also saw some wierd stuff, like folks selling bad doses and the whole "take a step back" that didn't really work. I remember sitting in the middle of the stadium looking down at the playing field and seeing hoards of people jumping 10' down to the field from all sides to get closer. We were glad to be in the seats! We were trippin' and my buddies were facinated with my nalgene bottle...they kept running around the staium to fill it with water! The crowd went nuts with Shakedown and what a second set! My only WBYG and a way to remember Brent on a high note.
