Forty years of being a DEAD HEAD

It was easy to get to Port Chester also. The Train was just down the street. Man, does days were great.

Only Part Of It

Wow. I remember thinking at the time that this was the greatest tape in the Entire world. I have a so so quality tape (missing NFA and Easy Wind from the 2nd set) but otherwise it is an unbelievable show. Dark Star (DS)>Attics>DS>Sugar Mag.> DS>St. Stephen>China Cat>Rider. Encore: UJB

Even on paper its hot. I remember this was always my "cool" breakout "late night" tape. Eternityblue

What a show

Started at Midnight. Acoustic set, then NRPS with Jerry on pedal steel, then........unbelievable electric set....entire Live Dead album played....Pigpen in his glory.....We exited into the bright sunlight of the PortChester morning......6 hours later!!
