I thought I was going to lose 3 very good friends that day!!!!!!!! My roomate Shog, walking around in circles looking up in the sky, my best man Jim, just had to be somewhere different every minute, and Larry, just smilin and looking around. What a great day!!!!
What a beautiful little place for a concert--summer home for the Clevland Symphony--We paid for preferred parking and ended up at the gates edge. The parking attendants were as excited as we were, I don't think that they had ever seen a crowd the likes of us. One asked very excidedly if the Hell's Angels were going to be there. We had a case of beer and asked one of them to watch it for us while at the show, I didn't believe it, but when we returned not one bottle was missing.
Day tripper blew me away. I seen and went to the show with 3 cousins that I have not seen in years......They did not understand. Brent and phil during Lovin was real hot!! Graet place to see a show. James is right------THE BEST SUGAR MAGS I EVER HEARD!!!
5 star playing in the band. the wheel out of space back into pitb and then china doll. amazing first show -- still one of the best i ever attended. first time i ever took um.... well, first time i ever ate little bits of 'special' paper. wow.

This was my very first GD show with many years and shows to follow. BMC was the home of summer partying, besides the home to one of the worlds greatest symphony orchestra's.
We all hung on the lawn(hill) by the "tree" and just settled in for along summers jam. Day tripper blew me away. But being new to the scene, what really sort of caught me off gaurd was after we snook down into the pavillion (a ritual for all BMC concerts) I got within 10 rows of stage and was dancing away and while on a spin I saw this totally naked bearded guy in his own twirling state, with not one person paying attention to him. True freedom of expression - lol
Now I take my son to Nelson Ledges Quarry Park for the annual Grateful Fest every summer.

What fun, my friend Todd called the 1st song Day-Tripper on the way to Blossom. I was amazed!
The bathroom at White Castle was so freakin' weird, dude!
Quite possibly the best 1st set of the entire tour in my humble opinion.

If there's a better Sugar Magnolia out there, I have yet to hear it.
