I won't get into the political discussion of the removal of all soundboards from archive.org, but if you want to check out the audience recording.........go to http://www.archive.org/details/gd1991-03-21.senn-ME80.wklitz.94179.flac… Enjoy!

Didn't know it at the time, but this was my last Dead show. I had tickets to future shows, but never made it. Was getting interested in other bands (Phish) and started to focus my time there. But it was a great 5 year run. Closing it out with Box of Rain was perfect.

My sister-in law, a travel agent, got us seats in the USAIR sky box. We had an excellent view, our own bathroom, etc, etc. However, I felt very disconnected from the crowd. I just didn't feel the energy. Great Candyman. Liz

This was my First Show, it was fantastic. The crowd kept NFA going for what seemed like hours, the noise was almost deafing. I was immediately hooked. I have the tape but I wish they would put it out on Dick's Picks.

This was one of only two Stir it Ups by the boys. The other one was at the Omni (4/5/91). Fortunately, I was at both shows. Life's a bitch.

During the Stir It Up jam, the boys were kind of looking around like, "Are we gonna sing this one? Are you?" It was pretty funny. Jerry's glancing over at Phil and Bobby, but there was no way that Phil was gonna sing it. Jerry didn't seem to want to sing it, either. Finally, Bobby stepped up to the mic, stopped, shook his head, and stepped back again, and everybody laughed. A cool little moment.Later, Phil was making the coolest "lighthouse foghorn" sounds during space.

my first show- boy was it life-changing!!! it was because of "memphis blues" that i ended up becoming a huge bob dylan fan- yet another reason to thank the dead.... i didn't realize how jam-filled & spacy this show was at the time, but it was a good one, show-wise, and , for many reasons, i'll NEVER forget it

Such a great, high-energy second set this was! First show where it occurred to me that Victim actually morphs into a pretty great jam AFTER they get through all the lyrics. Not to mention how it feels to hear Scarlet bop on in after all that darkness. The GDTRFB / Throwin / Not Fade was a pretty nice post-space trio. That part of Box of Rain where the boys all sing: "A box of rain will ease the pain and love will see you through" -- major goosebumps.
