One of my first tapes had this filler on it. It was 6.9.77 from Winterland. The filler is the opening few songs from this show, including Stealin', [The Jam], Hey Little One and I'm a Hog For You Baby. Pigpen goes off on the the keys and keeps time for everybody during the aforementioned jam- "Ba Ba BuBBa" (plus he really is coming through louder than everybody else). Jerry's interplaying with him nicely. Almost Dick Dale Surf Style and Pig's funky organ. Pretty unique- love it!!!
Listening to it right now. Ahhhh, Jerry...... "Heyyyyyyyyyy Hey, little one. So far from home and so alone. Heyyyyyyyyyy little one. I'm just like you. I'm lonely, too." Awesome!! So classic Jerry.
......And there were days I know when all we ever wanted was to learn and love and grow.
.Check this one out!!!
