Best of both worlds, taped radio broadcast and made it to the show.
Despite being in the tinny old Spectrum, Jerry's guitar was absolutely perfect, the Desolation Row solos were pure Jer, and I doubt there were ever more soulful versions of China Doll and Brokedown Palace. Give it a listen if you can, you'll see what I mean.

From the throws

First night was great, Until. . . . after the couldn't find my people and well after wandering aimlessly for hours I finally decided to sleep in a hedge row in some God forsaken park with a bunch of junkies and bums and vagerants and such. I woke the next morning so sick, so freaking sick. I miracled my ticket to the second night, slept through in the bus (I found my people in the lot of course) and into the next day. show time and I was still feeling in the throws didn't know if I was going to make it but I ended up dancin the illness away (the dead as medicine)

The one that got me on the bus

My second show - I just didn't get it after my first show. Opens with an absolutely stellar Jack Straw > Franklins. The rest follows suit. Thank G_d I decided to check things out for a second time. I've been hooked ever since this excellent show.

Great Show

One of the best Jack>Franklins I've ever seen!
