I THINK THE WEATHER WAS BETTER THIS YEAR THEN MOST OTHERS, sorry for caps I hit wrong key and do not feel like rewriting it. That said these were fun shows on a very fun summer tour starting back In Saratoga fun fun fun always loved summer tour. Lucky to have been on many of them.

i have to agree it was one of the biggest parties around. The greatest thing i thought was the semi full of nitrous oxide they had. you didnt need a liscense to fill your tanks. there was anything you can imagine. i just want to wish the people that died on those days to rest in peace. well miss you.

This was my first Red Rocks experience and actually my first trip to Colorado. We drove out from Chicago and stayed the week. Red Rocks for the first time is so mind blowing. Experiences like this is what led me to move to Colorado 3 yrs later. We stayed in the makeshift camp that is somewhere in the neighborhood of the present day Bandemere Speedway. Just a whole bunch of hippies in the hot sun for 3 days. This show is jamming. One of the best of '83.

show number 5. If you haven't guessed by now, I'm going to all the shows i attended, and put in my memories of that night.I had moved here with my sister in Summit County( Dillon)After the last show in Indy, were I got it and more, This was a blessing. Serious deadhead constituancy there. All freinds. Thanks to Steve and Karen for letting me stay in thier cabin in Silverthorne until I got a job. 3 nights of mushrooms and the dead. I was very pleased to hear Playin since it rocked my world 2 years prior, now i was listening to it as much as possible.. Bird song by the way is simply wonderful in any form. jerry just knows how to treat us right, and I thank him every time I can.
