Road Trips Decades
are available now on i-tunes
I see that they have the full catalog on Amazon, but does anyone know if they'll be available in FLAC/ALAC at Livedownloads.com?
This will be downloadable soon enough. I'm glad the music is getting out to the people. Hardcore collectors will always want the CDs. This will be available to all.
just saw the complete road trips series is available for pre-order over at amazon as a downloadable release due out in march .... cool !
They took most of their inventory online. I bet if you went to their website, you could find a ton of audio equipment (like cd players) for sale. If you went somewhere else and found something you liked (like amazon, or other audio outlets: flanners.com) they'd probably do a price match if they can order the item you liked. There's so much equipment available now, it's an embarrassment of abundant riches...
I'm pretty sure the problems I was having was my circa late 90's CD player. The CDs ripped on my computer just fine and having no problems when listening on my iPod. Went to best buy to upgrade and they had like two crappy CD players for sale. Anyone know where I can get a good one. It seems like everything out now is totally digital. All the stereo systems are like one speaker and you link your $600 dollar phone with iTunes up to it.
if this doesn't get fixed soon.
Thanks for the suggestion jbpavi - There is a problem with the cd not the player. Other cds have worked out fine. I will hold out until I have a fully functioning disc - just speculating, but I wonder if the new batch for multiple trips were not transferred correctly from the source.
If there are now limited editions with some of the releases and there is the perception of a "special" item that cannot be replicated past a certain point; in 2014 can we begin to learn more about the quality of the discs used and the physical production process itself? I think that would be fair since we are nudged to buy a "limited" product - shouldn't we be able to have some insight on why its so limited or special?
I know there are some that would say, please no complaining, negativity, etc.. but I am not trying to be negative, I really just want to purchase a product that has high quality and is quality controlled especially if it is "limited". I have purchased discs for half my life from multiple manufactures and I have never had that what if its damaged thought that I have when I purchase from here.
Hi All -- I have experienced skipping/stuttering on some of the CD's I play on my office computer. When I play the same CD's on my home computer, no issues. The problems you are experiencing MAY just be related to your CD-Drive or system in general. Give them a test drive on another system and see if you get different results.
Just received vol 2 no.1 1990 Msg. Having the same problems as mpace. I'll call after christmas. I'm not complaining though. Everything dead.net is doing to keep the spirit of this music alive is really awesome. We are finally getting all this great music released and the quality is great.
