Here's the breakdown of the 2021 DotD

No January date this year, yet 6 from October, 5 from April so I guess it's safe to presume that the Dead played better shows in April (spring) & October (fall). My first show was a January show (1/5) a reschedule from 11/78. The Dead in 30 years of touring only played in January 107 times so January is not a strong month, however having no selections from August was a tad surprising. Date wise 1969, 1970 & 1971, 1974, 1976, 1977, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1991, 1992, 1993 & 1994 were represented once while 1966, 1967, 1968, 1975, 1978, 1981, 1982, & 1995 were not represented at all. An excellent selection of all eras. We also didn't get the lone oddball recording either from a rehearsal or a sound check. Days of the Dead, 2021 while very straight forward was quite enjoyable & will be missed. If I had to pick a favorite it would be from November 13th, He's Gone>Other One from 12/5/79.

Go to the the main 30 DOD page & you'll see every date listed from 1 to 30 in red color. Click on the date # you want (e.g., yesterday's would be "30th") and it will open the page for that date which has all the usual info about that day, including the winner.
Also, fyi, re: Comments. They don't show up right away on the main 30 DoD page, but if you click on the individual red dates, once you go to that page and click on the drop down box for Comments where it starts with "Recent", and change it to "All," and you'll see all the comments for that day in order which is easier to follow. If someone 'replied' to a comment, their posting will be below the original comment they were replying to.
