"Theory, I do Jam Cruise and trust me this is not that far from their Furthur values. Is it expensive? yes and no. A single person can do this for Max $1,500 with travel included and drinks. But you get 5 days of the most mind bending music you will ever find almost non stop. I will be expecting Micky in the Jam room playing with GPJ, Dave Schools, Eric McFadden, Fred Wesly, Maceo Parker etc. This cruise will change you forever!

    Seriously?
A cruise? With, and I quote the website, "Official Jam Cruise Hotels" touting "beachfront luxury?" Could these guys get any further (...or furthur?) away from what were once an impressive set of communal and community values?

Dweezil Zappa played with his band Zappa Plays Zappa on the cruise last year and commented on playing on the "high" seas. He wondered what happened to all the folks at customs on the way back.

Just made my reservation today - singles program. Looks like Deck 10 and cheap, too! Thank you Cloud 9!!!! Now to get my costumes ready and figure out how to get some instruments on the plane. Bobby, Rob, Billy, Mickey, I hope you're ready to jam...
